Q: What exactly is a printable planner or digital product?
A: A digital product is a file you can download instantly after purchase. Our products are typically PDF files (for printable planners) or Google Sheets templates (for digital organizers). This means no physical item will be shipped to you. You get immediate access to your planner to print at home or use on your digital devices.
Q: What software do I need to use these products?
A: For our printable planners (PDFs), you only need a free PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat Reader or you can even open them in your web browser. For our digital organizers (Google Sheets), you will need a free Google account to access and use the files.
Q: Can I edit the designs or text in the planners?
A: Our printable PDF planners are designed to be printed as-is and are generally not editable. Our Google Sheets digital organizers are fully editable and customizable to fit your needs. Please refer to the individual product description for specific details.
Q: Can I use your digital planners on my tablet or iPad?
A: Yes! Our PDF printable planners can be used with note-taking apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or Xodo on your tablet. Our Google Sheets organizers can be accessed and edited directly through the Google Sheets app on any device.
Purchase & Download
Q: How do I receive my files after purchasing?
A: The process is instant!
- Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to a download page on our site.
- Simultaneously, we will send an email to the address you used at checkout, containing a special link for permanent access to your files.
You can download your products anytime you wish using that link.
Q: I haven’t received my download email. What should I do?
A: Please check your spam or junk folder first, as our emails sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find it after a few minutes, please contact us at support@happymindplanner.com with your order number, and we’ll make sure you get your files right away.
