1. Who we are

Happy Mind (“we”, “us”) sells digital products and services through https://happymindplanner.com. By purchasing you agree to these terms.

2. Digital products

After payment you receive immediate access to the files. You get a personal licence to use them at home with your own family or in your own classroom, for non-commercial use. You may also give the files as a gift to one person or family. Beyond that, reselling, publishing or sharing the files is not allowed.

3. Services

For services, delivery times shown on the sales page start once we receive the information requested in the intake form. Up to two revision rounds are included unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment

Prices are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never store card details. For purchases through Paddle, Paddle.com is the merchant of record and your receipt will come from Paddle.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every product. See our refund policy.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. We may close accounts that share purchased content.

7. Liability

Our products are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
