How refunds work

Refunds are sent to the original payment method within 2 business days of your request; your bank may take a few more days to show it. Access to the files or course is removed when the refund is issued.

Services

For services, the guarantee covers the period before work is delivered. Once a deliverable has been sent, we will fix anything that does not match the brief instead of refunding.

Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse repeated refund requests from the same person.
